Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Arthur LeVien (also spelled as Levien), a child actor, worked at the Thanhouser studio as early as 1914 and was credited in several 1916 Thanhouser films.
Biographical Notes: The New Rochelle Pioneer, April 3, 1915, noted that Arthur LeVien was working with George Dowling, "the British giant," in a film directed by Arthur Ellery. It is believed that this film was Big Brother Bill. He also appeared in a 1917 Thanhouser release.
Note: His name was often misspelled as "Levine" in publicity.
