Biographical Notes: Variety, December 1, 1954, reported the death on November 24, 1954, in Utica, New York, of Mrs. Helen K. Eldridge, widow of the late "Uncle Dave" Eldridge, a theatre manager for the Shuberts for more than 30 years. Could this Helen Eldridge have been the Thanhouser actress?
