Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Arthur Allardt was an actor for Thanhouser at one time, according to a listing in the 1918 edition of the Motion Picture Studio Directory.

Biographical Notes: Arthur Allardt was born in New York on April 7, 1883, and was educated in New York and Philadelphia schools. He spent ten years on the legitimate and vaudeville stage working on the Pacific Coast and in New York and Philadelphia. His screen career is said to have included work with Majestic, Thanhouser, Frontier (The Sheriff's Deputy), and Corona (The Curse of Eve).

The 1917 and 1918 editions of the Motion Picture News Studio Directory noted that he was 6' tall, weighed 165 pounds, and had a fair complexion and brown hair. His pastimes included singing and outdoor sports. At the time his address was 2225 Swayne Street, Los Angeles.

Note: In some listings his surname was misspelled as Allard.
