Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Frederick H. Waldorf, mayor of New Rochelle, appeared briefly in a 1913 Thanhouser film.
Biographical Notes: Frederick H. Waldorf, a coal merchant and importer, served two terms as mayor of New Rochelle, was a trustee of the People's Bank of New Rochelle, and at one time served as commodore of the New Rochelle Yacht Club. He died in New Rochelle on August 3, 1935 at the age of 74 and was survived by his widow, Nellie R. Waldorf, and a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Tierney. Mrs. Waldorf died in New Rochelle on July 30, 1949.
