Thanhouser Career Synopsis: George Specht was a stage carpenter at the Thanhouser studio from at least 1914 to 1916.

Biographical Notes: From 1911 through 1914 George Specht lived in New Rochelle at 78 Union Avenue, the same address as listed for Tillie Specht. By 1915 both had moved to 35 Dewey Avenue. He was part of the entertainment at the minstrel show staged by Thanhouser players on April 27, 1916.
