Thanhouser Career Synopsis: Orilla Smith, a young girl, appeared in a Thanhouser film in 1910.

Biographical Notes: Orilla Smith (spelled Orrilla in some accounts) played the part a the little girl, opposite Yale Boss, in the first Thanhouser film release, The Actor's Children (March 15, 1910). At the time she lived in New York City. According to an account in The New York Dramatic Mirror, March 19, 1910, she and her young co-player, Yale Boss, both had had "a bit of stage training and considerable moving picture experience" previously.
